About The Position

Angott Search Group is partnering with a dynamic midsized national law firm in the search for a Corporate Associate with 3–5 years of corporate experience to join its growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group. The Corporate Practice Group represents middle-market companies, private equity funds, family businesses, and entrepreneurs in a wide range of transactional and governance matters. The firm handles M&A transactions ranging from $10 million to $1 billion across diverse industries, including food & beverage, industrial manufacturing, professional services, cannabis, and more. The work includes complex acquisitions, divestitures, ESOP transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, complex commercial agreements, private offerings, and general corporate counseling.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of corporate experience
• Experience in private company mergers and acquisitions
• Experience in corporate governance
• Experience with commercial contracts
• Experience with disclosure schedules
• Experience with LLC/shareholder agreements
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves
