About The Position

Angott Search Group is partnering with a dynamic midsized national firm in the search for a Senior Corporate Associate with 6–8 years of corporate experience to join its growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group. The Corporate Practice Group represents middle-market companies, private equity funds, family businesses, and entrepreneurs across a broad range of transactional and governance matters. The team handles M&A transactions ranging from $10 million to $1 billion across diverse industries, including food & beverage, industrial manufacturing, professional services, cannabis, and more. The work includes complex acquisitions and divestitures, ESOP transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, complex commercial agreements, private offerings, and general corporate counseling.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of corporate experience
• Private company mergers and acquisitions experience
• Corporate governance experience
• Commercial contracts experience
• LLC/shareholder agreements experience
• General corporate matters experience
• Extensive knowledge of private equity
• Extensive knowledge of sophisticated M&A transactions
• Extensive knowledge of private securities offerings
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
