About The Position
This is a full-time role for a Corporate Tax Senior Associate located in San Jose, CA. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2–4+ years progressive Corporate Tax experience
- Minimum 1–2 years as a Senior Associate
- Recent Public Accounting experience
- Corporate clients with $50M–$1B revenue
- US GAAP knowledge
Nice To Haves
- CPA Preferred
- Active CPA or Active JD/Attorney License required for future promotion to Manager

- ASC 740 Tax Provision (Preparation, Review & Audit Support)
