About The Position
SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate M&A Attorney. The successful candidate will have: 3-5 years of MA experience representing domestic transactions, on both the buy and sell-side, in private and public transactions. Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin-offs, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, recapitalization, and tender offers highly desired. Large law firm experience and strong academics are required.
