About The Position

The Corporate Affairs Associate supports the execution of corporate communications strategies and initiatives that strengthen Harley-Davidson's brand reputation, enterprise narrative, and stakeholder engagement. The role monitors media coverage, analyzes communication trends, develops research and content, and supports corporate digital campaigns and communications initiatives. It also supports media relations and Corporate Affairs initiatives and provides administrative support to governance bodies within the department.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to conduct research, analyze information, and summarize findings into clear, actionable insights.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
