About The Position

The position has oversight of the visitor management program for the company. Will enforce safety and insurance compliance for both internal and external workers. Conducts risk management mitigation and regulatory compliance inspections. This role is tasked with documentation of calls, cameras footage, and other legal procedures. Additionally, they will serve as the backup DER for the company drug testing program. Owner of the Lenel badge access system. Creating and issuing new badges. Visitor management program - tracking and ensuring compliance and legal responsibilities are met before entry. Operates switchboard and intercom system; takes and delivers messages. Conducts Door access audits and weekly reports. Greets vendors, customers, salespeople, and visitors; directs them to proper company representative. Maintains accurate visitor sign-in log. Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable. Orders badge supplies for Front desk and other locations. Keeping rolodex call trees updated and organizational information current.

Requirements

  • 5+ years computer experience required
  • 10 + years of experience in customer service & organizational management required
  • Strong communication skills necessary
  • Knowledge of facility management required
  • Communication and de-escalation skills are needed
  • Must possess effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, including oral, written and listening
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field preferred
