Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 0–3 years of accounting experience (internships included)
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles (GAAP exposure a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support key components of the monthly and year-end close (journal entries, accruals, adjustments)
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and help ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with financial reporting and maintain clean, reliable data
• Partner with finance and operations teams to understand how work gets done in the field
• Support audit preparation and special projects as the company grows
• Step in across AP/AR as needed to keep things moving

Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
