About The Position

CORE-CSI is a small business headquartered in Sterling, VA. We provide trusted and results-oriented expertise to the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and other Federal and Commercial customers across the US. Core-CSI is seeking talented Core-Strategy Training & Demo Specialist. Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Core-Strategy Training & Demo Specialist who can quickly learn the Core-Strategy platform, understand its key features and business use cases, and confidently demonstrate the solution to prospective clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn new software/products quickly.
• Comfortable conducting live software demonstrations.
• Good understanding of business processes and technology concepts.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in product demonstrations, business analysis, consulting, sales engineering, training, or software implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive training on the Core-Strategy platform and its functionality.
• Develop a strong understanding of the product, workflows, features, and business value.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Customize demos based on the audience's business requirements and use cases.
• Explain technical and functional concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
• Work with the product, sales, and technical teams to keep demo content accurate and upto date.
• Create and maintain demo scripts, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Gather questions and feedback from demos and communicate them to the appropriate teams.
• Continuously improve demo skills and stay current with new Core-Strategy features and enhancements.
