About The Position
The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora’s Streets of Brentwood store delivers a world-class customer experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds engaging ways to attract and connect with customers. Core Staff Associates are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities who provide reliable support to the store team and customers. The role includes sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style jewellery, and helping them express their stories through Pandora products. The associate is expected to meet individual and store sales goals, represent the brand, create memorable shopping experiences, build customer loyalty, support merchandising and retail operations, and remain cross-trained across store functions. The role also involves supporting and mentoring new team members and performing other duties as assigned. An assessment will be emailed after an application is submitted.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
- Dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred.
- Leadership potential and willingness to mentor and support new team members.
