About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora's Seattle Premium Outlets store delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and finds engaging ways to attract and connect with customers. As part of the store's core staff, this part-time role provides reliable support on a consistent schedule and helps keep store operations running smoothly. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and helps them express their stories through Pandora products. The role includes a schedule typically of up to 12 hours during base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks, and not exceeding 30 hours in any week. Applicants should preferably be available for at least 20 hours per week. Schedules regularly include peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends, and may involve nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
Dependability for scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
