About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora’s Mall at Green Hills store is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging and attracting customers. As a part-time Core Staff member, the associate provides consistent support to the team and customers and helps keep store operations running smoothly. The role includes sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style their jewellery, and representing the Pandora brand. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application. The position typically offers up to 12 hours in base weeks and increases to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. A consistent schedule and availability of at least 20 hours per week are preferred. The associate should expect regular scheduling during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends. Pay is $12.00–$15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
At least 18 years old, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
Ability to arrive at work on time.
Dependability for scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
