About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora’s Magnificent Mile store delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and finds ways to engage and attract customers. As a Core Staff Associate, this part-time role provides consistent support and helps keep store operations running smoothly. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and represents the Pandora brand. The role includes consistent cross-training across store functions and may involve mentoring and supporting new team members. An assessment will be emailed to applicants after they submit an application.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
Dependability for scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
