About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora’s Harry Reid International Airport store is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and finding ways to engage and attract customers. As part of the store’s core staff, the associate provides reliable support on a consistent schedule and helps keep store operations running smoothly. The role includes sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style their jewellery, and helping them express their stories through Pandora products. The position typically schedules up to 12 hours in base weeks and up to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred. The schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular scheduling during peak hours or critical shifts. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds or more.
Ability to arrive at work on time.
Dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
