About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a customer-facing retail role at Pandora’s Tacoma Mall store. The associate delivers a world-class shopping experience, works to exceed sales goals, and finds ways to engage and attract customers. As part of the store’s core staff, the associate provides reliable support through consistent schedules and responsibilities. They share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewellery, and help customers express themselves through Pandora’s products. The role requires cross-training across store functions and may include mentoring and supporting new team members. An assessment will be emailed after an application is submitted.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; regularly scheduled shifts may include peak hours, weekends, and critical shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred; hours are typically up to 12 hours in base weeks and increase to 21 hours in peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week.
• Completion of an assessment emailed after submitting an application.
