Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to use basic gauges, hand tools, and a tape measure accurately
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self‑motivated individual who takes pride in personal and team development
  • Strong basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions
  • Ability to perform precise, high‑quality work
  • Strong organizational skills with accurate recordkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work
  • Lift and carry parts weighing up to 15 pounds for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Grasp, manipulate, and move parts of various sizes for prolonged periods (up to 10 hours per day).
  • Walk and stand continuously for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Move items 4 feet from waist height safely and effectively.
  • Perform repeated bending, twisting, and stooping for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Use hands continuously, including gripping tools with a full fist.
  • Twist lower arms and turn/bend wrists throughout the shift.
  • Reach forward frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform salvage and reclaim processes to core components
  • Machine new product to specifications for both internal and external customers
  • Setup, Run and read CNC programming machining centers using set up sheets
  • Interpret blue prints, work orders, production routers, bills of materials (BOMs), product manuals, and verbal instructions to accurately complete assigned tasks.
  • Understand and comply with all ISO 9001 requirements and company quality standards.
  • Use a variety of hand tools effectively
  • Measure, examine, and test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers or calibers.
  • Interprets inspection results and applies appropriate machine offset corrections, including tool length, diameter, and work coordinate adjustments, to achieve optimal machining accuracy.
  • Complete all required daily paperwork and maintain accurate updates on production boards.
  • Conduct 5S audits and complete assigned daily checklists.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
  • Use daily discomfort logs and report any sickness, injury, or safety concern immediately—regardless of severity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through consistent housekeeping practices.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by moving to various work areas based on production demands.
  • Be available to work overtime, including weekends, as required by the production schedule.
  • Participate in team huddles, group projects, and one‑on‑one communications to support team alignment.
  • Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
