About The Position
This role is for a Core Java, Oracle, Unix Developer, searching for local Charlotte candidates who do not require sponsorship. The successful candidate will participate in the transformation and implementation of a critical feed processing. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of interacting with diverse groups and various levels within a large organization. A strategic mindset focused on process improvement is essential. As part of an agile scrum team, the candidate will collaborate with users to refine requirements, and design and develop high-quality, scalable database systems. Responsibilities include driving architecture and implementation of key program initiatives, acting as a hands-on architect and developer. Requirements
- Core Java experience
- Oracle experience
- Unix experience
- Strong communication skills
- Interpersonal skills with a proven track record of interacting with different groups and various levels of a large organization
- Strategic thinker who can focus on process improvement
- 5+ years of application development experience with Java and Spring Framework
- 5+ years professional experience developing solutions on Oracle databases
- 5+ years of experience in Unix environment and Shell scripting
- 5+ years of API based development experience with Spring Boot, SOAP and REST Web Services
- Openshift experience
- Performance Tuning experience
- Microservices experience
Responsibilities
