About The Position
William James College is seeking a full-time Core Faculty member for the Doctoral Clinical Psychology Department, beginning August 4, 2026. This position involves teaching, advising, research supervision, committee work, and scholarly productivity. Requirements
- PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
- Completed an APA-accredited internship.
- Teaching experience.
- Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts.
- Maintain some involvement in clinical practice or consultation.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and equitable educational and workplace environment.
- Willing to contribute to the core values of the college.
- Available to teach in-person classes.
- Authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
- Able to perform the essential functions of the position.

- Teaching relevant courses (e.g., Social Bases of Behavior) as well as generalist courses in the clinical PsyD program.
