About The Position

The Brand Representative provides a world-class shopping experience for guests while contributing to the success and profitability of the retail business. The role includes welcoming guests, helping them find merchandise, providing styling recommendations, and achieving sales goals. The representative also helps maintain product displays and store cleanliness, processes transactions and returns, and assists with inventory tasks. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available to work nights and weekends.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods throughout the workday.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Ability to climb occasionally to frequently.
Manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
Visual and auditory abilities sufficient to complete essential tasks.
Ability to communicate with others to exchange information.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, determine their needs, help them find merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and provide a world-class guest experience.
Maintain thorough knowledge of merchandise, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Stock, organize, and maintain shelves and displays so they are visually appealing.
Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Report to work as scheduled, accurately record time worked, and remain flexible to business needs.
