About The Position

Revelyst is seeking enthusiastic brand representatives who are knowledgeable and passionate about outdoor adventure gear. Representatives merchandise products and educate customers and store associates for brands including Fox Racing, Giro, Bell, Bushnell, and CamelBak. Each store is visited once a month for an average of 1.5 hours, with approximately 1–2 stores per market. This is a 1099 contract position described as supplemental income. Pay starts at $22 per hour and is based on market and relevant experience; travel is also compensated. Requirements

Passion for Revelyst Adventure products.
Experience in merchandising.
Friendly demeanor and ability to quickly build and nurture relationships.
Developed verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve problems and manage time autonomously.
Ability to install and navigate the ThirdChannel app and general comfort with technology.
A smart device with internet access running iOS version 15.0 or above, or Android version 10.0 or above.
Access to reliable transportation and willingness to cover a wide distance within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Conduct store audits and report on merchandising, inventory, and competitive intelligence.
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Audit and update marketing materials to align with current marketing campaigns.
Complete store visit reports using ThirdChannel’s mobile app, including competitive intelligence, high-quality photos, and thorough visit reports.
Educate customers and store associates about products.
