About The Position
The Brand Representative provides a world-class shopping experience for guests while contributing to the success and profitability of the retail business. The role involves welcoming guests, helping them find merchandise, offering styling recommendations, achieving sales goals, and supporting the team in maintaining store standards. Brand Representatives maintain product knowledge, keep merchandise and the store organized and appealing, process transactions and returns, assist with inventory tasks, and follow company policies and safety protocols. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, determine their needs, help them find merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
- Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
- Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
- Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Report to work as scheduled, record time worked accurately, and remain flexible to business needs.
