About The Position
As a Core Banking Modernization Senior Associate, you will support client work in business application consulting, focusing on core banking platform transformation, implementation, and process improvement. You will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, and mentor junior team members while navigating ambiguity and interpreting feedback to deliver work aligned with broader project objectives within PwC’s Advisory practice. You will help clients modernize core banking technology, contribute to application configuration and integration efforts, and support operational efficiency, training, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Travel requirements are up to 40%.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience.

- A master's degree or Master of Business Administration degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Analyze core banking platform needs and translate business requirements into implementation workstreams.
- Support client-facing transformation activities involving core banking modernization, configuration, and integration.
- Develop functional documentation, process maps, and delivery artifacts for platform change initiatives.
- Troubleshoot application issues and validate system behavior during testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and dependencies across technology, operations, and business teams.
- Interpret data and user feedback to inform recommendations for process improvement and automation.
- Guide junior team members through task execution, review cycles, and problem-solving approaches.
- Build meaningful client relationships by anticipating needs and responding to changing priorities in complex environments.
