About The Position
As a Solution Architect in Bank Platform Transformation, you will design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, enabling efficient data flow and optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. In this Senior Associate role within the Operations practice, you will build client connections, develop technical skills, and learn to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of teams and clients, deliver quality work, and navigate increasingly complex situations and ambiguity. You will break down complex concepts, deepen your understanding of the business context, and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, uphold professional and technical standards, and contribute to the firm's business strategies and client solutions while responding effectively to diverse perspectives and needs. Travel requirements are up to 40%.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Preference for study in at least one of these fields: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics.
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology and the IT Project Lifecycle.
- Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in API Management and Enterprise Application Integration.
- Ability to navigate complex banking and capital markets environments.
- Ability to build meaningful client connections and manage client expectations.
- Ability to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration solutions connecting organizational systems and applications.
- Create platform architectures that support efficient data flow and improve business processes.
- Use Azure API Management and Mulesoft Anypoint Platform for API management and integration.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Apply analytical thinking and business requirements analysis to optimize technology infrastructure and performance.
- Lead development and deployment of enterprise application integration strategies.
- Manage the IT project lifecycle, including project scoping and process troubleshooting.
- Use cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform for hybrid cloud solutions.
- Engage in business process integration to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
