About The Position

As a Bank Platform Transformation Integration Architect-Engineer at the Senior Manager level, you will design and implement integration solutions connecting organizational systems and applications. You will create robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and improve business processes in the Financial Services sector. The role is part of PwC’s Integration and Platform Architecture group within its Operations practice, focused on optimizing technology infrastructure and enhancing business performance. You will lead large-scale projects, guide teams through complex and ambiguous situations, and help deliver quality results. The position calls for sound judgment, effective communication, client validation and feedback, and coaching that supports high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. You will apply integration and platform architecture expertise to banking and capital markets challenges, using cloud platforms and agile methods to improve delivery while supporting data integrity and security. Travel requirements are up to 40%. The salary range is $124,000–$280,000, with actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Requirements

At least a bachelor’s degree.
At least 7 years of experience.
Experience developing and maintaining enterprise integration architecture using ESBs, API gateways, and event-streaming platforms.
Experience integrating, configuring, and optimizing Fiserv Premier and DNA core banking platforms.
Experience designing and implementing AWS cloud-native integration solutions using API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, and SNS.
Skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
Proficiency in API Management and System Integration.
Ability to apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
Ability to direct teams through complexity with composure and strategic questioning.
Ability to validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback.

Nice To Haves

A field of study in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics is preferred.
Experience using Agile Methodology for project management.
