About The Position

As a Bank Platform Transformation - Test Execution Leader at the Senior Manager level in PwC’s Operations practice, you will lead testing and quality assurance for systems and software applications, identifying defects, errors, and functionality gaps. You will execute and oversee test cases and scenarios to confirm that systems meet requirements and perform as expected. The role combines technical experience and creative thinking to support software and product innovation and address clients’ evolving needs. You will lead teams through complex work, motivate and coach team members, and apply sound judgment about when to act or escalate. You will communicate clear, impactful messages about testing outcomes and insights, use systems thinking to identify problems and opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. The role requires travel up to 40%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 6 years of experience.
Advanced skills in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
Ability to apply systems thinking to identify and address complex problems.
Ability to use sound judgment in coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
