About The Position
We're looking for a copywriter to craft imaginative, persuasive campaigns for Asian American and Asian audiences. This role calls for genuine cultural insight into Asian American or Asian communities — through lived experience, community immersion, or comparable background — to keep messaging authentic and resonant.
Requirements
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Deep insight into Asian American or Asian consumer values and lifestyle
- Strong conceptual thinking and multi-channel writing experience
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organization and time management; able to juggle multiple projects
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, etc.) a plus — not required
Responsibilities
- Write clear, original, on-brand copy across TV, social, print, radio, and digital
- Bring cultural fluency to shape tone, messaging, and creative strategy for Asian market audiences
- Collaborate with the Art Director on layouts and storyboards
- Proof and check mechanicals for accuracy
- Stay current on trends — cultural and technological — shaping the space
