About The Position

Path of Hope Rescue is seeking a volunteer Copywriter to create compelling and engaging content for dog advertisements, social media, email, and fundraising campaigns. The goal is to help dogs get adopted more quickly by crafting high-quality ads. This role is crucial because the rescue operates remotely and relies on online adoption processes. The Copywriter will work collaboratively with the Creative Team to ensure messaging aligns with the brand voice and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret creative requests to deliver messaging that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Craft compelling and engaging copy for various materials, including advertisements, websites, social media posts, emails, and internal documentation.
• Prioritize and work within folder structure and organization.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to create quality content.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to understand project objectives, requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions based on team and leader input.
• Follow through on commitment, honoring requested timelines.
• Be flexible when urgent projects arise, such as medical fundraisers.
