Rocky Mountain Public Media, Inc. (RMPM) is the parent company of Rocky Mountain PBS, KUVO Jazz, and The Drop. Over a million Coloradans turn to Rocky Mountain PBS, KUVO Jazz, and The Drop to discover provocative and inspiring local, national, and international programming; find diverse viewpoints; score front-row center seats to world-class performances; and experience lifelong learning opportunities every month. You edit for ideas as well as copy and enjoy working closely with reporters to map out their coverage and develop stories. This role requires stepping into a beat newsroom, and you are able to catch on and contribute without shying away. You enjoy collaborating with multimedia journalists and producers on documentaries, series, and news stories around Colorado and deftly manage short- and long-term projects. Most importantly, you're self-directed, creative, and curious about how Coloradans live, work, and play in one of the country's most dynamic regions. This is a part-time, temporary position anticipated to begin on October 15, 2026, and end in February 2027. This position is not eligible for employee benefits.
