Copy Editor - Lighting & A/V Product Descriptions
About The Position
The copy editor is responsible for reviewing and editing product descriptions, extensive specifications, and more for items in their assigned categories. They are expected to have thorough working knowledge of surveillance systems, A/V products, lighting, and other related equipment, familiarity with style guides such as CMoS and AP, and excellent attention to detail. The copy editor must corroborate information created by various content teams with supporting documentation and work with the writing teams to ensure consistency and quality on our website. The result of the copy editor’s expertise and efforts empowers B&H customers to make informed decisions through accurate, meaningful, and engaging content.
Requirements
- Thorough working knowledge of surveillance systems, A/V products, lighting, and other related equipment
- Familiarity with style guides such as CMoS and AP
