About The Position

The Copilot Activation team is seeking a Value Realization SME to ensure Copilot adoption translates into measurable and sustainable business outcomes. This role focuses on defining value, tracking impact, and enabling repeatability and scaling of Copilot-enabled workflows across Finance. The role partners closely with POD teams and stakeholders to quantify outcomes and support enterprise scaling decisions.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3+ years in Finance, Analytics, or Transformation
  • Experience in performance measurement and KPI design
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
  • Familiarity with Copilot or AI-driven workflows
  • Structured thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to connect data to business outcomes
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

  • Define KPIs such as time saved, cycle time, and quality improvements
  • Establish pre- and post-engagement baselines
  • Track and report on value realization across engagements
  • Monitor adoption signals before, during, and after POD engagement
  • Track sustained usage and identify drop-off risks
  • Provide recommendations to improve sustainment
  • Develop executive-ready value narratives and case studies
  • Translate data into actionable insights
  • Support ROI and investment discussions
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, and repeatable measurement frameworks
  • Identify scalable use cases
  • Enable self-service reporting for business teams
  • Build and maintain reusable enablement assets (FAQs, demos, how-tos)
  • Test and validate Copilot scenarios across tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) to inform guidance and measurement
  • Support knowledge base and community content to drive discoverability and adoption
  • Partner with IT and Copilot platform teams to incorporate tooling insights, telemetry considerations, and governance requirements
  • Support enterprise scaling efforts by packaging repeatable playbooks and assets beyond individual engagements
  • Enable self-service learning for teams post-POD exit through documented workflows, office hours, and curated resources
