About The Position

You will drive post-sale value realization and adoption for the client's Real-Time CDP Collaboration product, influencing adoption outcomes and ongoing collaboration success. You will partner closely with product, product marketing, sales, post-sales/account leads, PM, and business development to create and execute account-based activations and partner narratives. This is a Remote role supporting stakeholders across the U.S. This is a 11 month contract, starting in June 2026, endiing in May 2027.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of work experience in advertising technology or marketing technology
  • Direct experience in programmatic advertising technology, media buying or planning (agency or client-side)
  • Proven track record driving product adoption programs and achieving ongoing active usage
  • Demonstrated success in program management of multiple marketing-related initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into benefits and value for customers in digital advertising and marketing
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience with strong performance in quantitative coursework; MBA preferred but not required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to ideate and develop new processes and initiatives

  • Experience launching or managing data collaboration applications
  • Background in customer success management, account management, or post-sale adoption

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of Real-Time CDP Collaboration through account-level matchmaking and activation programs with sales and post-sales account leads
  • Create and execute compelling account-based activations to drive trials and adoption
  • Advise customers on strategy and campaign opportunities and deliver active collaborations
  • Review ongoing results and learnings with customers to iterate and improve collaborations
  • Contribute to product-led adoption initiatives to increase active usage
  • Collaborate with product, product marketing, and sales to develop and maintain assets (slides, one-pagers, FAQs) that reflect current product and market information
  • Research industry needs and update assets accordingly
  • Partner with PM and business development to craft narratives and engage sell-side partners to drive advertiser demand
  • Regularly connect with top partners to jointly drive advertiser demand and live collaborations
