The Impact You’ll Make: As a Senior Strategy Manager, you are the architect of adoption and the guardian of business value. While our "Rapid Prototypers" build at 10x speed, you ensure those solutions deliver measurable business impact. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership—you will influence strategy at the Director level and above. You will own the Go-To-Market (GTM) and Change Management strategy, while serving as the team’s primary measurement owner. You will establish the frameworks that validate our prototypes, ensuring every initiative is backed by a rigorous business case and a clear path to scaling. You are the bridge that connects rapid experimentation to evidence-backed, scalable business outcomes.
