About the SMB Agentic AI Sales Team: We are the SMB Agentic AI Sales Team. Our mission is to bridge the gap between AI potential and frontline reality. We operate as a high-speed innovation unit designed to rapidly explore, prototype, and scale new AI capabilities that reduce administrative work and help our sales teams spend more time with customers. We aren't just building tools; we are building the underlying architecture for durable, scalable AI-enabled workflows across TELUS. The Impact You’ll Make: As a Senior Strategy Manager, you are the architect of adoption and the guardian of business value. While our "Rapid Prototypers" build at 10x speed, you ensure those solutions deliver measurable business impact. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership—you will influence strategy at the Director level and above. You will own the Go-To-Market (GTM) and Change Management strategy, while serving as the team’s primary measurement owner. You will establish the frameworks that validate our prototypes, ensuring every initiative is backed by a rigorous business case and a clear path to scaling. You are the bridge that connects rapid experimentation to evidence-backed, scalable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for the Agentic AI revolution and deeply understand how LLMs can solve legacy business friction.
  • Understand the psychology of adoption and have the empathy required to tell a compelling story to our 800+ sales reps.
  • Know how to move users from "skepticism" to "super-user" by speaking their language and solving their specific pain points.
  • Comfortable quantifying productivity and have experience building performance-tracking frameworks from scratch.
  • Can navigate difficult conversations, manage competing priorities at the Director level, and articulate complex value propositions in simple, persuasive terms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout planning and feedback loops for a population of 800+ sales reps.
  • Craft the narrative that makes AI an indispensable partner for the frontline.
  • Lead the weekly cross-functional Director Steering Committee, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure project buy-in and resource alignment.
  • Design and execute pre-and-post time studies to quantify "soft" and "hard" gains (e.g., reducing discovery prep from 3 hours to 1 hour) to build high-integrity business cases.
  • Ensure that targets and benefits across all Magma initiatives are tracked with a consistent methodology, providing a single source of truth for the program's overall ROI.
  • Transform complex AI performance data into high-impact executive narratives that justify continued investment and showcase our "Value Lead" status.
  • Manage the project's overall benefits-tracking methodology, ensuring all AI-related gains are clearly tracked against our broader program targets.
