Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Strong background in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot administration
  • Solid understanding of Power Platform governance, security controls, and ALM processes
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate enterprise applications using APIs, connectors, or automation tools
  • Deep knowledge of data security, compliance, and information governance
  • Excellent communication and training skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Track record of translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in implementing enterprise AI adoption or enablement programs
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph Connectors and Copilot extensibility
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance platforms such as AvePoint or Obsidian
  • Experience in change management, user adoption, or corporate training initiatives
  • Exposure to emerging Microsoft AI technologies and preview programs

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy custom Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to streamline business processes and deliver measurable impact
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable AI-powered solutions
  • Configure connectors, topics, and workflows within Copilot Studio for seamless integration
  • Develop reusable templates and establish solution development standards for future scalability
  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to accelerate user adoption and enablement
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for Copilot agents created by business users
  • Measure adoption, user engagement, and business impact through analytics and reporting
  • Define and enforce Power Platform governance, including DLP policies, security controls, and ALM processes
  • Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise applications (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Box) using APIs and Power Platform tools
  • Evaluate emerging Microsoft AI features and pilot innovative solutions to elevate business outcomes
  • Collaborate with compliance and security teams to mitigate risks and support data governance initiatives
