Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent training and experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, including experience in performance or analytical marketing.
  • Experience in team coordination or management.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented approach (KPI, data, ROI).
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage external partners.
  • Organizational skills and rigor in budget management.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong command of French.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good working knowledge of English to interact with certain partners and external bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a pivot between strategy and marketing execution.
  • Oversee performance marketing initiatives, manage partner relationships, and optimize marketing investments to support company growth and positioning.
  • Coordinate activities related to HR marketing and organizational awareness.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic decision-making using data, market analysis, and performance indicators.
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives (acquisition, visibility, engagement) aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing results (KPI, ROI, campaigns) and recommend concrete optimizations.
  • Conduct market intelligence and research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor movements.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of 2 people in planning and executing marketing activities.
  • Manage the budget and recommend optimal investment allocation.
  • Manage and activate strategic partnerships (sponsorships, agreements, collaborations), including the design and deployment of tools (brochures, displays, promotional materials, etc.).
  • Ensure the quality and performance of marketing activations in the field and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in Federation committees and influence marketing directions.
