Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma (DES), a vocational diploma (DEP), or equivalent training.
  • Have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Available to work rotating shifts in the evenings and on weekends to handle urgent travel change requests.
  • Fluent in French and in English, as you will have to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees and service providers across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Manage travel reservations (flights, hotels, trains, etc.).
  • Manage and negotiate rates with hotels.
  • Be available to handle urgent travel-related requests in the evenings and on weekends (across Canadian time zones).
  • Track Aeroplan points.
  • Perform credit card bank reconciliations.
  • Cover for the head office receptionist as needed: greet visitors and answer calls, manage the reception area and mail handling, assist with the organization of social events.
