About The Position

Promutuel Assurance is creating a new position for a Compensation Coordinator – Workforce Planning to support the evolution and efficiency of its operations. In this strategic role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring optimal workforce planning. You will supervise a team whose mission is to support operational teams, particularly through file assignment, daily operational support, and workforce planning, enabling them to focus on what truly matters: providing quality service to our members. As an engaging manager, you enjoy fostering collaboration and having a tangible impact on the quality and efficiency of services. By joining our team, you will directly contribute to the excellence of the compensation process for Promutuel Assurance du Lac au Fleuve, des Bâtisseurs, and Côte-Est.

Requirements

  • College Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Experience in managing and engaging teams in a customer relations center, with a strong command of Workforce Management (WFM) in a high-volume operational environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and build trusting relationships.
  • Strong interest in talent development and proximity leadership.
  • Proficiency with technological and analytical tools (advanced Excel, BI tools, etc.).
  • Analytical, structured, autonomous, and solutions-oriented profile.

Responsibilities

  • Exercise proximity leadership to ensure efficient, structured, and results-oriented management.
  • Accompany team members in the development of their skills and professional potential.
  • Ensure team alignment with the organizational vision, values, and culture, and actively contribute to bringing them to life daily.
  • Analyze and anticipate activity volumes (claims, calls, projections, etc.) to forecast short, medium, and long-term needs.
  • Evaluate the impact of internal and external changes on workforce needs and recommend adjustments.
  • Monitor performance indicators and produce analyses to support management in its orientations.
  • Collaborate closely with other coordinators on optimizing business processes and the evolution of the compensation service.
