About The Position

Relevant directement du/de la Superviseur(e), Aftermarket, le/la Coordonnateur(trice) – Projets et Pièces de rechange joue un rôle clé au sein du département Aftermarket en assurant un soutien administratif et opérationnel efficace, tout en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle. Dans ce rôle, vous serez au cœur des activités de service après-vente : vous répondrez aux demandes des clients par téléphone et par courriel, créerez et assurerez le suivi des billets de service, préparerez des soumissions et des commandes, et collaborerez étroitement avec les techniciens de service sur le terrain ainsi qu’avec les différentes équipes internes. Reporting directly to the Aftermarket Supervisor, the Aftermarket Project and Parts Coordinator plays an important role within the Aftermarket department by providing efficient administrative and operational support while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will be at the heart of our aftermarket operations. You will respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, create and follow up on service tickets, prepare quotes and orders, and work closely with travelling field service technicians and various internal teams. Requirements

  • Minimum of collegial diploma.
  • Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent communicational skills in English & French (both written and spoken).
  • Proactive, resourceful, organized, highly motivated, positive attitude and energetic personality.
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, flexibility, capacity to handle a wide variety of tasks.
  • Reliability & ability to work in an autonomous way while prioritizing tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet required deadlines.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Team player.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Quote Werks databases (asset).
  • Experience in using an ERP (asset).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially those on the KARE list.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery within specified parameters.
  • Coordinate the execution and resolution of projects involving customers on the KARE list as well as projects on the second level of escalation.
  • Properly create service tickets and provide follow-up in our system.
  • Create quotes and orders in ERP system.
  • Ensure follow-ups on order and quote status.
  • Elaborate shipping orders (generate order report, verify information, shipping codes, account, etc.)
  • Generate spare and consumable part kits
  • Back up to Aftermarket Service coordinator.
