The role involves developing and promoting the employer brand through recruitment campaigns, job postings, and the careers page. It also includes planning, creating, and publishing content across various communication channels, coordinating communication and marketing projects, and supporting internal communications and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and company culture. The position also entails developing partnerships with educational institutions and coordinating campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of various projects and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
