About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting procurement, inventory management, supplier coordination, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced technology environment. Working closely with the Purchasing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, managing inventory levels, tracking supplier performance, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials and services required to support company operations.

Requirements

  • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, supply chain coordination, or a related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to analyze purchasing and inventory data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Verify order lists, inventory levels, and stock availability.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring pricing and order accuracy.
  • Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and backorders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and purchasing documentation.
  • Verify invoices and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or deliveries.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory records remain accurate.
  • Research new suppliers, products, and sourcing opportunities.
  • Assist in supplier evaluations and vendor relationship management.
  • Prepare procurement, inventory, and spending reports.
  • Track procurement expenditures and support budget monitoring activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address purchasing and inventory-related needs.
  • Perform other procurement and administrative duties as assigned.
