About The Position

Cogeco Média is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator from September to May, and full-time for the summer season. This role is responsible for the complete credit, collection, billing, and cash receipt cycle for a group of the company's stations. The position operates under the direction of the Manager, Credit, Collection, Billing, and Cash Receipts. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Analyze client profiles to establish credit limits
• Create and modify clients in various systems
• Approve broadcast contracts
• Prepare monthly billing
• Communicate with clients or representatives to collect outstanding balances
• Prepare various reports for the sales and administration departments
• Send monthly account statements
• Prepare, enter, and make deposits
• Prepare and enter adjustments to accounts receivable
• Prepare payment schedules for clients
• Negotiate payment terms with clients
• Perform all other related administrative tasks
