About The Position

Cherry Bekaert’s Shared Services team is seeking a Coordinator to support our Fort Worth office in delivering high-quality client service and operational excellence. This onsite role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, proactive problem-solving and strong communication drive success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably within a professional services environment (accounting experience preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including strong Excel skills; familiarity with Adobe is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
  • Strong aptitude for learning new tools, systems and processes
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations with internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across firm service lines, contributing to the timely delivery of client work and internal initiatives
  • Perform document processing activities including printing, scanning, sorting and organizing workpapers, reports and client materials
  • Support service line deliverables such as tax return assembly, workpaper scanning and other project-based requirements as needed
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office 365, GoFileRoom and Smartsheet to manage workflows and support team productivity
  • Manage shared inboxes, file repositories and Teams channels to ensure accurate organization and timely communication
  • Assist with onsite office operations including front desk support, visitor coordination, mail distribution and supply management
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by identifying process improvements and proactively addressing potential challenges
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to provide updates, escalate issues and support client service delivery
