Requirements

Capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions.
Knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to interact successfully with internal and external customers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Documented ability to type 35 words per minute.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.

Responsibilities

Book incentive packages provided during the time of sale or upgrade while also providing administrative support for the program.
Schedules and verifies Signature Vacation packages.
Educates members and answers questions related to the package.
Reviews contingency requirements before booking.
Responsible for answering inbound inquiries related to the Signature Vacations Program and transferring members who are ready to book their Signature Vacation.
Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
