Requirements

  • Capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions.
  • Knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to interact successfully with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Documented ability to type 35 words per minute.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.

Responsibilities

  • Book incentive packages provided during the time of sale or upgrade while also providing administrative support for the program.
  • Schedules and verifies Signature Vacation packages.
  • Educates members and answers questions related to the package.
  • Reviews contingency requirements before booking.
  • Responsible for answering inbound inquiries related to the Signature Vacations Program and transferring members who are ready to book their Signature Vacation.
  • Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
