Responsibilities

  • Executive calendar and administrative support for CEO and General Counsel
  • Manage roster of funder, institutional and internal meetings
  • Coordinate travel logistics for senior leadership
  • Coordinate virtual and in person board meeting logistics, working with CEO and leadership to prepare and distribute board meeting materials
  • Administrative support for board chair and board of directors’ meetings, scheduling, and governance documentation
  • Support for fundraising operations, including gift entry and processing in our CRM, donor prospecting and donor research
  • Process donor matching gifts across a variety of platforms
  • Manage weekly check, stock and wire processing, entry and documentation, generate tax acknowledgments
  • Assist in monthly billing compliance for corporate credit expensing
  • Support for virtual and in-person meetings, including meeting/tech logistics
  • Anything else that may come across the desk
