As you work as a volunteer services coordinator supporting the recruitment & training of volunteers and development of volunteer programs and events, you make a difference in the lives of those we touch. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 to 2 years previous experience in related field required.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervisory experience
- Prior hospital experience
- Prior experiences in a 503(c) organization
Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, directing, evaluating, coordinating and administering volunteer resources.
- Develops partnerships with Volunteer Services and the community, employees, patients, patient’s families and residents.
