Lumicera is seeking a highly motivated Trade Client Services Coordinator (TCSC) with at least 3 years of successful operational experience in specialty pharmacy. This role primarily involves managing manufacturer, payor, and strategic partners who require enhanced operational support. The TCSC is responsible for co-developing long-term account strategies and supporting the Specialty Trade Account Executive for assigned clients. The coordinator will collaborate with other operational staff to ensure exceptional service and high-quality patient care for clients and their patients. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between Lumicera and clients to ensure operational excellence, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and communicate these for incorporation into business reviews. The TCSC is also responsible for program retention, achieving corporate strategic goals related to the client base, and overall customer satisfaction, including resolving customer issues concerning contracts, reporting, and escalating issues to the Trade Account Executive.
