Position Summary The Learning & Development Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative, logistical, and coordination support to the L&D team responsible for training personnel within the gas compression industry. This role ensures smooth delivery of training programs, maintains accurate training records, supports compliance activities, and helps streamline communication across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
