About The Position

Zynga is seeking a contract Talent Management & Development Coordinator to join their central Talent Development & Management team. This role will serve as the operational engine for the central function, providing administrative and coordination support to three Senior Managers and the Director of Talent Management and Development. The position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of talent programs, including company-wide performance cycles and specialized training roadmaps for various disciplines. The purpose of this role is to manage the logistics, tracking, platform administration, and coordination required to execute global talent programs, assisting senior managers with launching training tracks, executing survey loops, organizing documentation, and ensuring projects move forward.

Requirements

  • Direct experience using Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) or a similar large-scale learning platform.
  • Strong familiarity with Monday.com (or similar digital tracking tools).
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including managing numbers, sorting rosters, using basic formatting, and assembling summary data reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive talent lifecycle, performance cycle, and organizational data with privacy and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth execution of live and virtual training sessions by managing complex calendars, scheduling workshops across multiple time zones, handling invitations, tracking RSVPs, and ensuring materials are prepared and shared.
  • Act as a key administrator for the Learning Management System (Cornerstone on Demand / CSOD), including uploading learning assets, managing user paths, tracking completions, and organizing specialized learning paths.
  • Pull, clean, and format data sheets using Excel or Google Sheets to track employee participation, generate training completion reports, and support administrative data collection for talent assessments, promotions, and engagement survey feedback.
  • Organize, format, and distribute digital toolkits, manager guidebooks, and program resources, maintaining clean file management systems for easy access by HR Business Partners and managers.
