About The Position

Loblaw Transport is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding of Owner Operators and the drivers who operate with them. In this role, you’ll help keep the recruitment and onboarding process organized from application through orientation. You’ll work closely with candidates, Owner Operators, drivers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive onboarding experience. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing great candidate support, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, transportation administration, or a similar role.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Workday or another Applicant Tracking System is an asset.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment and onboarding for Owner Operators and qualification their drivers.
Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure all requirements are completed.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and candidate records.
Complete reference checks and follow up on outstanding documents.
Prepare candidates for orientation and submit onboarding setup requests.
Partner with internal teams to support compliance and onboarding requirements.
Communicate professionally with candidates, Owner Operators, drivers, and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
