About The Position
Scheurer Health-Harbor Beach is seeking a confident individual with demonstrated leadership ability to assume the role of Surgical Services Coordinator.
Requirements
- Experience in the area of Surgical Services (Tech/LPN/RN/SPD)
- BLS Certification
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Surgical Services Operations, including case scheduling, staffing assignments, and patient throughput
- Ensure appropriate equipment, supplies, and instrumentation availability
- Support safe patient environment
- Serve as working staff during staffing crisis
- Create department work schedule
- Assist with onboarding of staff
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned/required
