About The Position

The Coordinator Support Services is responsible for providing administrative, onboarding, site services, and employee support coordination for the site. This role ensures a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new employees by managing site access, uniforms, PPE, locker assignments, hearing tests, timekeeping setup, and related administrative processes. The position also supports day to day site operations through supply management, invoice processing, records administration, employee communications, and coordination of employee engagement activities and events.

Requirements

  • Manage local records, filing systems, and employee documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate employee badge, locker, uniform, and onboarding-related administrative updates.
  • Assist with invoice processing, purchase requests, and vendor coordination activities.
  • Support employee communications, site events, and recognition programs.
  • Order and maintain office, production, manufacturing, and cafeteria supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support to site leadership and employees.
  • Perform additional administrative, operational, and facility support tasks as required to support site business needs and maintain efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees by completing site-related administrative and operational requirements.
  • Assign employee lockers and maintain accurate locker assignment records.
  • Coordinate the issuance of safety shoes, gowns, uniforms, and other required PPE.
  • Enter new employees into the uniform management system and maintain employee uniform records.
  • Schedule and perform hearing tests for new employees.
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of required safety footwear and maintain documentation.
  • Create, print, and issue employee identification badges.
  • Establish and maintain employee access in the Kronos timekeeping system.
  • Partner with supervisors to ensure employees have equipment, PPE, system access, and resources before start date.
  • Maintain onboarding records and documentation.
  • Provide support for employee changes including transfers, replacements, and updates to uniforms, lockers, badges, and system access.
