This role ensures a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new employees by managing site access, uniforms, PPE, locker assignments, hearing tests, timekeeping setup, and related administrative processes. The position also supports day to day site operations through supply management, invoice processing, records administration, employee communications, and coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
