Bring your project coordination, relationship-building, and analytical skills to this exciting opportunity as a Coordinator, Special Initiatives & Projects within Fraser Health's Planning, Transformation, and Infrastructure – Corporate Support & Results Office (CSRO). In this role, you will work closely with Directors, Managers, Project Sponsors, clinical leaders, and frontline stakeholders to coordinate and support the implementation of strategic initiatives and improvement projects that enhance healthcare delivery across Fraser Health. Build on your education and career experience as you coordinate and support Fraser Health and Ministry of Health projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and project objectives are met. Collaborate with Directors, clinical staff, and project teams to develop project scope, work plans, and implementation strategies. Serve as a key communication link among stakeholders, facilitating information flow and supporting project advancement. Conduct literature reviews and research on evidence-based and best practices to support project planning and decision-making. Analyze, summarize, and present findings, recommendations, briefing notes, and reports to stakeholders. Demonstrated experience applying data analytics and business intelligence methodologies, including solid Power BI development skills, to translate complex financial and non-financial data into meaningful performance reports, actionable insights, and improved business decisions. Coordinate activities among internal and external partners, including Health Authorities and the Ministry of Health. The coordination includes scheduling forums, committee meetings, and stakeholder sessions; preparing agendas and supporting materials; and managing meeting calendars and records, transcripts, and action items. Monitor project schedules, milestones, funding, and expenditures, providing regular updates on project and budget status as well as variance analysis for both capital and operating projects and initiatives. Coordinate processing requests for payments, invoices, and ongoing support for the department. Support quality improvement and process enhancement and standardization initiatives to find efficiencies and effectiveness in operations and participate in committees and working groups as required.
